01
Open material
We cut the prefabricated sheets, and then press the sheets with different colors and textures to form them, and process them with a CNC machining center. The temples and the frames are made separately and assembled. Among them, there are also multiple processes such as plastic sleeve baking, copper core insertion for mirror feet, lens groove processing, manual trimming, and frame bending.
02
Small parts processing
After the frames and temples are finished, small parts such as decorative pieces, hinges, and bridge of the nose will be made on them. Every small part is meticulously crafted by machine, welding, and handwork, and is completed by workers with many years of experience.
03
Polished
The glasses will be polished for about 120 hours in a drum filled with diamond-shaped wood blocks, fine sand, polishing powder, and a small amount of grease. We use cotton wheels and wool wheels to polish the rough surface of the frames and temples with white wax, purple wax, and yellow wax to make them smooth and round without scratching. After multiple polishing steps, the glasses will slowly reveal the gem-like luster.
04
Coloring
For glasses with metal and special requirements, we also need to perform electroplating, oil spraying, manual oil dripping, and decals. Each process has a strict sequence, step by step meticulous production, will give birth to shining works.
05
Brand printing & assembly
Each glasses will have its own exclusive brand mark. We use laser, engraving, printing and other processes to print the brand and model on the lens according to the customer's requirements and the material of the glasses. Then lock the feet and lock the screws, so that the temples and the frame are firmly locked together.
06
Loading & Quality Inspection & Packaging
At the end, we put the cut lens into the frame, mount the lens and adjust it, and then go through a strict professional inspection. After everything is done, it is ready to be packaged, so that a piece of work is perfectly baked.
